The fully interchangeable hand operated apple corer / segmenter is manufactured to produce a consistent segment with a lever operated action for minimal effort, made of a stainless steel and HDP construction with fully interchangeable coring and segmenting with replaceable segmenting blades.

This is a highly engineered lever operated kitchen tools unit suitable for the most aggressive environments such as a hotel kitchen or a busy restaurant or catering company with some optional features with 2 to 16 segment cutting blades available and can be integrated into a stainless steel workstation making this a very versatile and easy to use piece of equipment wth an emphasis on minimum effort.
